I saw this on avguide.com. Hopefully it can be resolved but should be listed on all audiophile sites for everyone's protection

Mr. Holm has responded on avguide.com and pledged to make matters right and to take action so further problems can be avoided. Seems like a stand up man is taking positive actions from across the pond to straighten out U.S. distributor's mess.
