Help in deciding correct integrated amp for PSB Image T6 Tower

Hi Experts

I have PSB Image T6 floor standers and super cube subwoofer. I am having Onkyo 609 AV receiver. I am not happy with the audio performacne of T6 speakers with Onkyo 609. Because of this reason I am looking for an integrated stereo amplifier. Can you guys give me advice to select the best amp? I was thinking of NAD C346 BEE amp.It is 80 W per channel and the power rating of T6 is 200W. Can you guys let me know the best option.

Why are you unhappy? Can you describe the aspects of the sound that disappoint you? Increasing power (or even a better amp) may not be the answer. Setup and room acoustics should always be considered when the current equipment is of good quality and not defective.

Hi Kal,

I used a regular blueray player for audio and used an audio cd. But the stereo performance was not good.I tried both HDMI as well as RCA connection for audio.I also tried Ipod also.The sound signature was not good.

I think the music clarity is also not good. As you said my room acoustics could be an issue since I am not having a dedicated room for HT. It is a living plus dining room.

Please give me some Idea to improve this.

Hi Kal,

Since sound signature was not good ,few of my friends were asking me to buy a stereo amp from NAD or Marantz or go for a good AV receiver like Marantz 7005 or Denon 3312. That is the reason I asked for suggestion.
