If you think they sound twice as good as those recommended then I'd say they are worthy budget busters.
Those are $2000 a pair. Was your budget $1000 a pair or $2000 a pair?
The B&W CM7 is lacking somewhat in the low end. It is reported to extend only to 62Hz
i forgot to tell u guys my wife let me increase the budget. it's now 1500 to 2000 dollars. :-)
thanks for the comment on the CM7. i think it is just pricy for a bit no low end of frequency response.
