It's a shame that really good hifi always costs (lots) more than the middle of the road stuff. But.... sometimes cheap stuff can be enjoyable and it also helps to remind you just how good your other (real) hifi is!!!

with exceptions in mind,like adcoms gfp750,the good shit always costs more.kooks from sensiblesound and the like just keep mind fucking themselves.

Most listenable components are NOT dirt-cheap. But there are some incredible values in affordable gear that unquestionably *smoke* some of the outrageously priced ?audiophile? stuff.

You get what you pay for, but some equiment does give you relatively more bang for your buck, such as Dynaudio Adience 70 speakers for example. In depth product knowledge is essential to advantage if this.
