I'll add my vote for Needle Doctor.

With many things it depends on what you're ordering. I've ordered several items from B&H Photo. Spend a $100 and get free fast shipping. I do mean fast. The last order I placed with them was around 11AM on a Monday. My order arrived the next day via UPS. All my other orders with them were also placed on a Monday. The arrived on Wednesday.

Music Direct and The Elusive Disc have also been nice to deal with.

I had a similar experience w/ fast shipping ordering from Saturday Audio Exchange - ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, arrived Thursday morning via UPS. 

Audiogon is also a good place to buy online - pick up some good gently used stuff for a fraction of the price of new. Audio Karma is also a good place to pick up used gear.

You need to talk about money...If I have a lot, I would unashamedly recommend Upscale Audio. If I was of more modest means...Audio Advisor, or Music Direct.
