I have not heard the new 05 series stereo integrated from Marantz yet, nut I do have a dragonfly 1.2 that I use in my music room with a 2 year old macbook pro and a pair of M-Audio BX5's that sound great. I have noticed that Marantz is using the same Cirrus 4398 chip in their new integrated that I have in my NAD d1050 DAC which is in use on my living room rig. To me there is no contest, the NAD DAC sounds even better than the dragonfly although I would reiterate that the dragonfly sounds very nice.
