I would just try it for fun
I don't know it. I'd like to see some 'gynecologic' pics to get an idea of the innards.
The engrish on the site isn't so good.
The 7 tube watts = 30 transistor watts is a little dubious...old fashioned high end style dubioius.
Try a search on the 6P1 tube and see what pops up. The amp you are looking at may really be flogging that tube...I'm not competent to be authoritative!

Sensibility : 90db
I'm less sensible, no more than an 87, tops.
FWIW. Out of curiousity I went on line and looked up devices using the 6P1 (6BQ5). There were a number of them in the $160 -$200 range. Quite a few had a very nicely finished chassis. Makes me think it may be worth buying one just to hear and if I don't like the sound at least I have an impressive looking base for a DIY.
I'm thinking along the same lines. I'd go for it.
