I find several links stating that they are the best deal on stereophile web site all with different prices. I received a coupon in my magazine which said I could renew online for $ 11.97 for one year (12 issues). It does not work. They raise the price about one or two dollars. I asked customer service why and they sent me another coupon which also did not work online. Looks like I will end up wasting the forty sent stamp and a paper check and send in my renewal. Not sure why so many different prices and gimmicks.

I do not like this automated system. There is no way to "opt out" I would like to cancel my magazine subscription but my password is not working and you cannot contact customer service without one. I tried making a new password but it gave a message of "unsuccessfull or similar
