I suggest that you look at the MWAVE website for a fairly large choice of sound cards.

For an actual source to buy the one you want, in France, you will have to do your own shopping, but MWAVE will at least show you what is available.

You should be able to buy almost any high quality sound card for less than 100 Euros.

Thanks for your response. I have been browsing the site. I seem not to be able to find any other than 5.1 and 7.1 surround gaming sound cards, with a lot of sound processing tools on this site...I do not think I want this sound card to use as the DAC to drive the sound system in a club. I might be wrong, thanks for you response. Anybody else a piece of advice?

A sound card with 5.1 outputs should work fine; Most of them have analog outputs that can go direct to the power amplifier for each channel.

Of course, for a club, you might just want 2 -channel or monaural sound.

alright thanks! But I cannot imagine that buying a gaming 5.1 channel sound card will supply the best audio quality possible. Am I mistaken?
