Hi there,
I recently purchased Phantom biwire cables for my front (10') and centre (6') channels. Before that, I was using 12AWG Monoprice cable terminated with Monoprice banana plugs.
Overall, I am pleased with the upgrade. The build quality feels very sturdy, the terminations and shrinks are very clean and the banana plugs make clean contact with all four of my binding posts.
I personally don't notice any sonic loss or improvement when comparing the Phantoms to my single-wire setup, though I am admittedly an amature and believe that sonic variations between cables of similar size/capacity should be more a matter of taste than price. Your mileage may vary, but I feel that the Phantoms present great value for a finished bi-wire cable.
