I own the 2 M red by Ortofon i do like the sound for the $ money part @ a little over the 100 dollars i have it mounted on a Pro Ject Carbon

Ouch. Do whatever you can to move speakers and turntable away from each other. Make sure spkrs & tt are separate and not on same cabinet/table/whatever. Make sure Tt not on shaky foundation And not in a bassy corner
