I recommend the Creek amplifier; they are very nice-sounding.
I haven't had enough experience with the Cyrus to have an opinion.
The Pioneer is not in the same class as the Creek; i could not recommend it at all.
Thanks for the recommendation! Looks like I'm leaning towards the Creek. But I need more thoughts on the Cyrus. Also, do I need to have a carefully matched speakers for the Creek amp?

The Creek should handle almost any speakers (99% ). The Chorus 706 speakers are certainly a good match; their sensitivity of 90 db/watt is not going to strain that amplifier at all.
There might be a few speakers that have extreme power requirements and extreme low impedances that could be a bit limiting, but you are unlikely to be using those extreme speakers with it.
Another vote for CREEK. This amp will be a great sonic match for your JMLab speakers.
