Modesto, Ca!

The speakers were at a church sale, and the 3240PE was at a estate sale. The fuses were blown so they didn't know it worked. I guess it didn't until I replaced them. :)
Actually got 2 pairs of the Bostons, one pair were the CR7's and the second pair were CR4's 10 bucks for both pairs.
Really was a great deal.cheeky

i have yard sales all the time in my neighborhood. i wish i could find stuff like that though.

northern california seems to be a hide-away for a lot of hi-fi enthusiasts so it doesn't surprise me that you could find such cool gear at a yard sale.

I remember the NAD 2100 as being a great value in its day. But if you are happy driving the Bostons with the more powerful (100Wpc vs 65Wpc) 3240PE, why not stick with that.
