Revised question:

Seems like my input selector choices are Niles AXP-1 for $100 or Adcom SLC 505 for $150.

Current Analog System:

Apple TV or iPod

Peachtree DAC

DSPeaker 2.0

AMC 2100as tube amp

primitive phono, yet to upgrade...

any thoughts? does it make a differece?

The rotary switch does a good job of isolating components.

RADIO SHACK 15-313. $23.99

4-input switch box for audio (also has a 3rd set of 4 input jacks for video, but you wont use those).

It will do the job just fine for up to four sources.

For a turntable, you also must have a phono preamp to equalize and amplifiy the cartridge out. I suggest the Cambridge Audio 551P. $139.

My tube amp has one set of inputs. How do I switch between different sources without having to pull cables? What's the specific name of the component I need and any recommendations appreciated too. Thanks!
