I'm excited to venture into this hobby and have been wanting to for quite a while now. So I'll start by saying that I have about $1200 to spend on a record player setup (amp, speakers ect..). This is embarrasing but all I really know what to get is the actual Vinyl player, amp, and speakers. What else do i need?
I have researched for hours and found that I think I want to start with the Pro-Ject Debut III. This has gotten pretty great reviews and is supposed to be a good bang for the buck. Do you have any other suggestions?
Seeing that I get that player which runs for about $350, can you guys reccomend other components that can set me up for sweet sound? My taste in music is rather eclectic but I will be using this for jazz and hip hop. I have a few of my dad's frank sinatra albums that I would also like to play.
So I guess to sum it up, what amp, speakers ect should I be looking at. i know theres been a million forums about this but I suppose im looking at one more tailored to my budget.
Thank You for your help!!!
