There are some SACD players with digital coax input, but I think they are a bit spendy.

I don't think I can justify over a grand to myself, and I'm expecting the internal dac to sound as good, if not better than, my MSB link.

IMO the OPPO BDP-95 is far and away the best SACD player for under $8000 (and it costs only $1000).

It is simply an amazing product.

I paid $6000 for the Ayre C5xe/MP six years ago, and it was the best I had ever heard until the BDP-95, which IS better-sounding.

Looking for some suggestions for an affordable sacd player with a coax spdif input, so I can utilize the internal dac for my computer.

I run my computer and a separate hard disk through the less dear Oppo 93 and it sounds great! It plays the files wonderfully, but the interface is not killer at all! I can only search for files through the computer file structure, no genres or such. But the sound is a peach!
