only 3 people in this thread give a damn. The rest don't know or care who Mr Villcher was. Typical "audiophile" response I'm afraid. They would rather talk about non existant differences in cables and power cords than learn any audio history or real science. Oh I almost forgot about the "Open Bar" forum where the real loonies live. Conspiracy Theory 101 should be the new title of that place. Why Mr Kait isn't the president of that forum yet is very puzzling.

The work done by Mr Villcher must've influenced a massive amount of other models from other manufacturers, leading to infra-bass systems and transmission line.

You're quite right, I'm afraid. Real science is the enemy of high end audio even though all the manufacturers rely on science when they design and build their products. So while using real science on the one hand the entire high end audio industry benefits from having a large pool of consumers who believe in voodoo science on the other hand. How else does one explain some of the nonsense one encounters in high end audio? Things like $3000 power cords, $500 USB cables and rebranded $500 units selling for $3000?
