Dunno for sure but...............you should be fine using just one since (1) a subwoofer is mono anyway and (2) the two inputs are not used simultaneously (if one believes the label).   Just connect the sub out line to one of them and find out.

BTW, you might try to contact BIC America for instructions/info.
