Almost everyday unless I am out of town. Maybe I am stubborn, if I need to several thousand to buy a new format SACD/DVDA machine, and new software, I prefer to use this money to upgrade my analogue system.

I play LPs every day. I NEVER play a CD in the house, only in the car.

More than four years ago!

There is nothing out there today that can reproduce live music as closly as vinyl can. Is this not what we are triing to do, listen to music that represents live music.

LPs continue to represent about 80% of my regular listening.

I don't use my Seedies at all this time of year! Due to the condensation caused by cold drinks, I find something more absorbent on the coffee table is preferable. Thanks for asking.

And last night, too. Looking forward to tonight, tomorrow, and the weekend. With any luck, Saturday's yard-sales will keep me spinning LPs all next week for less than the cost of a single CD.

I find vinyl more involving than any digital source I have yet heard.

I disposed of my old LPs over 10 years ago and never looked back. No "pop-pop, hiss, hiss; oh what a relief it is."

First, I own a huge collection of LPs in excellent condition with material difficult to get in the CD world. Second, analog still sounds more "real," the sound is more "ample" than digital.

Forget the obvious sonic superiority, it's all about the hands on involvement in the musical experience.

I ussually listen to my turntable atleast once a week if not twice, but seeing that the turntable i was using is 25 years old, and it has deteriorated to the point of not being usefull, so for the past month i have been ruinning without a turn table until i can raise enough funds for a turntable to match the one i am replacing

They still sound better than CDs!

WHEN I FINALLY TIRE OF THE DIGITAL SOUND, I GO BACK TO MY VINYL AND FIND MYSELF RENEWED AND REALLY BACK INTO LISTNEING TO THE MUSIC INSTEAD OF FREETING OVER WHY THE SOUND JUST DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT..

I just sold a fabulous $3000 CD player because I've turned my attention fully to vinyl. I've had a Linn LP-12 for the last 20 years. Everything else in my system changes over 1-2x per year.

Within the last week. I'm still buying lps. 2 a month or so. 1200 or so lps total so far. I'm 31 and I could not live without my Linn LP 12.

I try to spin at least one LP a day, lots on weekends. Vinyl is great!

My last turntable was damaged a year and a half ago - I must admit that I haven't missed it at all.

I play about 80% vinyl vs. CD.

I don't need to listen to my vinyls anymore neither to nasty CDs.I listen to the marvellous sound of PCM on DVD video and it's great !!!! I don't understand why I should buy another hardware (DVD/A, SACD, and so on...). Levine's 'Die Walkure' is just wondrous : It sounds better than all my CDs, the voices are really natural !!!

Vinyl is a better reproducer of music than CDs...especially,if you have a first class turntable and cartridge

I have a Linn Basik / Sumiko Blue Point setup. I love Vinyl and nothing has come close in my opinion in total sound. There's something very real and live sounding with great depth in vinyl that you don't get with digital. My buddy has a Sony SADC777ES which does add a great amount of depth, but it still sounds dry....

I love vinyl records and I work with digital music as a profession. I love my Grado cartridge!

Vinyl is back and that's inevitable! CD sucks! Just the feel of the substantial LP covers is good enough to trash CDs. Reading liner notes from an LP is a joy. Reading the small print on a CD cover is a pain.

I'm listening to one right now. Glad you asked! It's a vintage digital direct to disk copy of ROB McCONNELL & THE BOSS BRASS BIG BAND JAZZ, Vol. 2 on my LP12/Lingo. The first cut "Fred" sounds fantastic and extremely dynamic! A CD just couldn't reproduce this kind of sound and put you right in the middle of it!
