Let's try giving the East Coast another shot.

Chicago or Atlanta

How about Dallas. Give folks in the South Central/Central part of the US an easy flight or drive to one of your great events. Dallas has the highest number of quality audio shops of any city in Texas and having the show in Dallas avoids requiring those on either coast having to go all the way to other coast to see an event in one of the cities you gave as specific options. The second-best city in the US (next to San Francisco): Austin, Texas.

How about Vancouver BC?

A return trip to the east coast is long overdue. What about Washington, DC, the nation's capital!

New York, of course! Why settle for "perfect sound forever" when you can have the real thing, live? How could there even be any question?

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Taipei. If you want big crowds, go for Asia.

New York (Manhattan) is always a sure bet for a successful show. Also consider the Washington, D.C. area--there are many large hotels with spacious rooms and convenient Metro (subway) access. If not downtown, Crystal City, for instance, would be an excellent location. Alex Fundock Edison, NJ

Honolulu, Hawaii. Seriously. There is now a new world-class convention center there, along with many nearby five-star hotels. Perfect weather year 'round, along with a lot of visitors from the continental US as well as affluent Asians. Sony has held annual consumer shows that have been very successful.

How about Denver, Colorado? It seems that all the cities you have listed are close to Pacific or Atlantic oceans. How about the beautiful Rocky Mountains? There are tons of things you can do in Denver.

It's about time something like this was done on the east coast. I'd prefer Boston but I can travel to NYC.

Anywhere in the midwest. Too many of your HI-FI Shows are on the coasts. For us land sharks, traveling throughout the midwest is easier to accommodate than traveling to either ocean.

Seattle to me is an ideal site for the following reasons: 1) I've met a lot of audiophiles from the Seattle area. 2) I believe audiophilia is alive and well in the Northwest
