While I agree that Crenshaw's first album is one of the greatest power pop album of all time I would say that this Nick Lowe "Best of" collection should also some serious consideration.

Cheating a little....I think this is a total power pop classic, as well. (Not punky enough to be punk, and power pop to me.)
