very cool.

I already have them on vinyl, but like supporting Tom. So, I'm in.

The upcoming 78 issue is tempting.

Red vinyl ? Don't tell the Tea Party.
I know this is going to sound a bit tweaky but I've always thought colored vinyl formulations never sound quite as clear in the upper treble as black. A subtle difference that I've never seen discussed so maybe I'm imagining it. Red or not however I'll be buying Mr Wait's latest.

But the black ones are all magnetized.

I tend to agree, the colored and clear vinyls do seem to have different characteristics many times.

The only possible explanation I can think of is that black absorbs heat more effectively than lighter colors.
Why is all black vinyl magnetized? And why should that matter?
