Good to know. I use neoprene washers that helps as well.

Fun idea.

All transformers vibrate to a degree. Good idea to try tweaking.

I often like the sound of equipment with separate power supplies. I don't know if the improvements are from separating the vibration of the transformer from other components, removal of the EM field or some other cause.
