Is it your fault, or someone else's? I always put discs back in their cases, and back on the shelf in their alphabetically correct position. My wife doesn't. Sometimes she puts the discs in the wrong case, then I have to go on a treasure hunt, finding a disc in the wrong case, finding the right case, and finding another wrong disc in that case! I guess I'm lucky that my teenage daughter has her own collection.
Oh man,
You guys really need a music server
All your music will automatically be filed and the CDs can go into storage.
It would be nice if we could put wives and teenagers on a server, Only access them when we are in a patient mood.
I've been having trouble getting the server to work in our cars.
So relieved I'm not the Lone Ranger here. I set my wife up with her own cd storage cabinet integrated with our equipment stand and it's always a mess. I attempted to put away all her loose discs one day- into their cracked and abused jewel boxes- and I found 2 missing Netflix dvd's that were 4 years old!
I'd love to have a server, but I've got vinyl, cd, DVD-A and SACD and I'm kinda hooked on/committed to physical media (except in my iPod). But it is a pain in the ass and I envy the Sooloos/computer file crowd.
Try longer cables, much longer cables
Ah happy Sundays hehe.
Cheers

Let's not get into a that cable discussion again!!!
