The last time we were in the city and I was buying tickets for jazz, I passed on the Monday night set because it was another $39 and...I thought I was being responsible not spending it.

He will be missed and greatly remembered due to his great recordings.

People remember him for the guitars...but what many fail to realize is that he is the father of recording engineering as we know it! A singular talent. RIP, Mr. Paul.
