nothing new, these movies have been coming out for ages. Remember supersize me? Everyone knows the food industry is horrible ever since the jungle came out somewhere in the '20s, but it's highly doubtful that anyone can realistically change it.
You can not buy products made with corn or soybeans, that'd be a start; every time you do you vote. You can also buy local, go to farmer's markets, and join your local CSA.
It's sad that no one believes in the boycott anymore.
I did one better: I moved out of the US. I eat all natural foods without trying. It's cheaper than buying processed food. I dropped 25lbs in 3 months without lifting a finger. Simply from removing all the processing and sugar from my diet.
Yeah, amazing what cutting refined sugar, including the ubiquitous HFCS, can do for a body.
White Castle hamburgers are the best.
I'm 61 years old, 5'8" and weigh 147 pounds. I can run a 6 minute mile and bench press more than I weigh. I ride in all the local bike tours. I made the Philadelphia to Atlantic City ride in 2 hours 43 minutes last year. That's 62 miles if you're curious. I eat whatever I feel like whenever I want. I exercise regularly. That's all you need to do.
People need to stop blaming everything else but themselves for their weight problems.
It's not so much what you eat. It's what you do.

I'm headed for (toward) about $1500 in LED lighting. Check eBay on that.
Grow it yourself. That's what smart people do. The newest LED lighting is amazingly efficient and can easily be run off of solar systems. Don't forget to use 'Azomite'. (google it)
