I can't find the article right now, but someone was doing testing of sodium based conductive fluids in a rotational spin effect and the system was found to create and define it's own self generated energy above a given rotational speed. Ie, cracking open vortexes (gating of energy or differentials) by ..spinning them. What this means, is the internal structure that was created had it's own flow and internal pattern system that is isolated from that which is external. Ie, separate state of affairs. Pretty darned simple, isn't it? Many people have made vortex based heat and energy exchangers with curiously high efficiencies but these people and their devices have always disappeared from the scene quite quickly. I remember hearing about one of them in even the late 80's, on a local news shows from the given city I was living in. The reports were direct and with the inventor, in this specific case. Everything spoken of was entirely logical and correct. Yet they and their device were never heard from again.

Also, the 'why' of the spin/vortex of water down a drain whilst ensconced in the 'polarized oriented gradient' that a earth type gravitational field -is.

Another clue is the recent experiments in using two 90 degree off axis situated lasers to stop electrons to a complete standstill.
