I have been trained in military psy-ops. I can and have been doing this since Al Gore invented the Internet. But that is another story.

Starting off with this recession is the best thing that could have happened to Obama.

The last downturn was just barely getting rolling when Bush won his first term election. His gloom and doom helped him 'win' that election.

Given the business cycle timing, by the time Obama is up for reelection, the economy will be improved no matter what he does, and he will get credit, winning a second term.

Then, all the Dems have to do is hope that the next cycle either occurs during Obama's second term and turns around before the election (not likely,) or we are prosperous and a Dem is elected in 2016 based on there not being a recession at the time.

That President will likely be a one termer like Bush I.

I'm looking at 12 years of JIMV digging deeper and deeper into his bunker and Lamont's head finally exploding in late fall 2016.

Book it, fellas.

12 years of you singing the "blues."

And this is a bad thing?

Your prognostication is only as good as tomorrows economic story...If all the spending works, Obama is a hero...if things get worse, Obama is a dope and those who followed him off the cliff drones...time will tell.

The Markets have already spoken, loudly, and not in TAO's favor...they simply do not like his plans and programs...

The market doesn't seem to like either party.

The electorate, on the other hand, has a clear favorite!

After 8 years of W, when every intelligent or logical possibililty of positive action on ANY front seemed to meet aggressive stupidity, suppression and defeat, one is excused for thinking that things are certain to improve.

Screw the markets. The guys who play the markets are the ones who got us into this situation. Wait until their asses get regulated, you'll see them singing a very different tune then.

Yes, W did try to suppress logical or positive actions.

Additional question for the crybabies: Can you guys name a few things W wanted and wasn't allowed?

Other than privatization of SS, which would have been GREAT, eh?

The electorate is fickle...they elected the fellow on a promise of goodies and good times. If the goodies do not happen and the good times are not seen, the public will move on.

Jimmy Carter had higher approval numbers at this point in his presidency than does Obama and we all know how Carter came out.

Three sets of 'folk' got us into this mess, greedy market folk, inept Bush regulators, and bought Democrat Congress folk...1 & 2 are gone but the crooked democrat congress folk have been promoted...and the markets fall.

The Obama Administration came out today and stated they are going after international tax evaders. What a fucking joke. Our Secretary of Treasury is a domestic tax evader.

I suppose you don't cheat on your taxes? Should we send them to have a look under your mattress? Will they find your "blankie" there?

Hello, 59-41!

America has spoken for this cycle.

Here, I found a tiny littel violin that you can use to play your sad sad song!

Heck, you can play as an ensemble with Lamont and the other right wing whiners!

Speaking of approval numbers, I wonder who set the records for lowest ever?

Buddha, I don't remember him winning on those campaign promises. They're just too generic. Like most of your statements. I notice you ladies like to give JIMV a hard time but most of his posts are based on facts and your responses are sort of like the quote above. What's up with that?

Lamont is a funny guy, getting upset that we seemingly interrupt the right wing crying forum - the wailing forum - by disagreeing with your tearful tantrums.

Get over youself, Lamont, et al! We'll keep teasing your for your wailing.

OK, which is it. You have suggested you're a teacher and then you suggested you were a executive. Now you're an auditor for the IRS! Puleeeeeze make up your mind! I'm an idiot because I suggested you may cheat on your taxes. Who really is the idiot?

You've also erroneously posted I made a religious argument, which you are ignoring since you posted. I'm not here to impress you. I'm here to, like Buddha already knows, to bitch and moan for the next several years. Please notice I will be using the same talking points on occasion that liberals used. It's my turn to do what I can to trip the President of United States up by being just one in a single collective bitch. I will also be sprinkling just about any number of negative press to boost the support. Gotta support the team.

I've also erroneously posted what? I've merely asked what you are. Are you a teacher who grades essays but can't seem to write without using profanity? Are you a bank executive who has had his bonus taken away? Or are you an IRS auditor. Come on "fess" up. We won't laugh at you.
Could it be that you really are a pimply faced 15 year old with no girlfriend and a boatload of anger?
