I think I know what you mean; I believe it has something to do with server updates, but I'm not certain.

Which forums are giving you trouble?

I only see it happening in the Volume 29 and Volume 30 sections, and I suspect it's due to lack of use; some sort of server maintenance that we're not aware of.

Do you see it elsewhere?

for me, it is ANYTHING 30 and under.

I have had this happen as well. I assumed it had to do with the bother of clearing out spam and similar maintenance issues.

Using 2 computers. One hi-speed connection, one dial-up. Both Windows XP. No issues.
