Mytek units are very nice.

What do you think of Lavry? I find they do not have the greyness I hear with Benchmark. I do find the differences pretty subtle however.

I had Lavry Blues in my system before moving to Mytek.

the Lavrys were a bit "veiled" in regards to upper frequencies. Mytek has rectified all that.

I never had the impression that Lavry DACs are veiled, but I will make an effort to listen again to the Myteks. We often don't hear limitations until we have heard better.

yeah, I had the same impression for a very long time.. hearing the pendulum and dav mic amps after owning millennia and dacs for so long was quite a revelation too.
