I'm also a big fan. In addition to the two you've mentioned, I especially like the collaboration with Calexico, In the Reins. For anyone interested, all of their vinyl can be purchased directly from their website. Beautiful music and excellent recordings.
You've got to hear his first one, The Creek Drank the Cradle. Home recorded, I believe as a demo that was too good to not release. No idea whether or not it's available on vinyl. It's one of my favorites period.
Then there's the two EPs - The Sea and the Rhythm, and Woman King. Woman King is a great album, and it goes far in providing a bridge between Endless Numbered Days and Shepherd's dog. I particularly like the title track and "Jezebel" on Woman King
All of these are available on vinyl in-print (and hold a special place in my collection).
His cover of "Such Great Heights" is also good, and is on The Postal Service's vinyl LP on a bonus disc (their version is, of course, on the main disc).
He also played a song called "The Trapeze Swinger" which is available, as far as I know, only on the movie soundtrack In Good Company.
