I say listen to it and buy it - sounds like a good deal.
These decks are so simple that there is virtually nothing that can go wrong with them; this should mean that the dealer is willing to offer some kind of warranty. However give it a good look over and a listen (as you should with anything used) and if you're happy go for it. Sounds like a great deal so I wouldn't expect it to hang around for long!
Yeah he is giving the rest of the 6 months warranty. I listened to it, but as I am not familiar with turn tables I was not able to make a judgement.
As I write this it should ALREADY BE AT YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!
get thee to the stereo store young man. seriously, you listened to it, did you like the sound? bring your own records if you have any but don't waste time.
So, now that you've had time to buy it, set it up, and spin some wax - how does it sound with your equipment?

Now that you've bit the vinyl bug, the best advice I can give you is give someone you trust full custody of your wallet. Used record stores and the on-line 180 gram vinyl dealers will become your cross to bear. Welcome to the club!
...and whatever you do don't read Stephen's blog! You could just find that your credit card debt is the size of his!
