Damn, I missed it! Thanks for the link, though, Charly. No better proof than G. Dudamel that Venezuela's Sistema clearly works. I'm excited for the city of LA (my hometown) when Dudamel takes over, as I've read about the similar initiative he will engage in. Who knows? Our next Bernstein may come from Compton or Inglewood. How great would that be!
