A bit more information. I plan on driving B&W 703s with this amp.
I listen mostly to rock, underground hip hop, old and new soul and blues (mainly guitar blues).
I don't like sharp treble. I don't like fat bass.
Krell hands down. It's not even a valid comparison. Krell is a much more robust and much more expensive product.
Im not so sure its that clear cut, the Creek is a pretty impressive unit
I owned and loved Creek for about 20 years (and still think they are some of the best buys around) but when I switched to Krell last summer, it was all over. I can't see ever going back. Still... the Destiny is supposed to be quite the thing. It's just that with Krell, you get trickle down technology from years of ultra high-end design. With Creek, the Destiny IS their flagship model.
BTW- you guys know Krell was named after the aliens in the 70's sci-fi Jane Fonda flick Barbarella? Yep- heard that from Mr. D'Agostino himself!
