Great recommendations Yiangos! I love watching younger musicians as with each generation they seem to challenge the music more and bring really exciting insights and fresh perspectives. It even seems like virtuosity and technique are constantly improving too but that is probably an age-induced illusion .

Anyway, both the artists you mention have been around a little while and available for at least a couple of years on disc: Laure Favre-Kahn has issued several recordings on boutique French label Transart Live (her Chopin Waltzes are a treat) and a disc of Sa Chen's performances at the 12th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition was released by Harmonia Mundi.

Being the naughties, both are of course also to be found on YouTube, here and here.

Thanks, Y, for the recommendations. It seems like there's an explosion of young pianistic talent these days. I've been listening to the Mozart/Prokofiev recording of Lise de la Salle, and she's really good, as is Sudbin in Russian repertoire. I also love Paul Lewis & Jonathan Biss... all these pianists are people I look forward to listening as they mature. Exciting times!
