If I had to choose between the two without audtioning, I'd go for the Cambridge based on the European reviews (as well as a few USA reviews). Europe went absolutely bonkers over the Azur line from Cambridge. They supposedly stuffed them with some really good parts and pieces usually found in higher priced stuff.
I've been unimpressed by what I've heard from Rotel lately. However, I have an older Rotel integrated that is a gem for a budget piece.
Thanks Monty - I'm hoping he will let me take the Azur home over the weekend for a trial. About the only other one I could audition locally is the NAD, but it jumps a bit in price!
Out of the two, my vote for Cambridge Audio too. But hey, why not go for NAD? That way your sound will be better than with any of the other two.
