I've listened to the 603 S3 via a 325BEE and there was plenty of power. Beings the 603 has a sensitivity of 90dB and a power handling rating of 25-150 watts they seem like a good match. (The 603 was reviewed earlier this year, I believe, and was well thought of.)

I've heard the Paradigms, also, but not through the 325.
The, too, sounded good.
