Great move, Stephen, and a needed one based on lots of the recent activity here. Can't wait to see how guys like you and Erik B - in fact relative newcomers yourselves - deliver your wonderful enthusiasm to newcomers.

For us old codgers, it's too frequently like the old story of the young bull and the old bull standing on the hill looking down at the pasture full of beautiful young heifers. Our advice is sometimes too direct and too simple.

As you probably already know, the young bull says, "Let's run down the hill and see if we can make it with one of those heifers" and, of course, the old bull replies, "Let's walk down the hill and make it with all of them."

Just wanted to add my two cents & say thanks for this forum!
I've been hoping you would do this. I enjoy reading the posts
by newbies & now they can all post here instead of all over the site! Very cool!

A marvelous idea, Stephen. Not only does it help the new- comers, to the hobby, but also get's us "old bulls" re-acquainted...after being absent for so many years.

This is a fantastic idea! Thanks for thinking of us newbies. The vinyl re-revolution is around the corner, which I gather is at the heart of the renewed interest in high-end stereo equipment. I have already found the regulars in these forums to be extraordinarily helpful and welcoming.
