For the hyper picky, the turntable should be on its own dedicated isolation rack - but for most of us this is far from necessary.
I personally do not believe height matters as long as the rack is solid and stable.
I doubt DUP's source is going to help you much. This supplier makes racks for rack mounting equipment with "ears" - primarily studio equipment and PA equipment - not the sort of thing most home audio people are listening to. The equipment hangs on to the sides of these racks by the ears. Thus, the lack of shelves in these racks.
For the kind of audio racks you are looking for take a look at Audio Advisor's site. They have quite a selection for your consideration. There are lots of others as well, of course.

The turntable you can isolate with a SandBlaster.

This way you will save hundreds perhaps even thousands of dollars.
19" is RACK industry standards. They make shelves that mount into these industry standard chassis. The consumer stuff sold technically are not RACKS, shelves maybe, rack usually implies 19" standard. He did use the term RACK....my bad. He's looking for a SHELF.
Thanks all.
Is the IKEA lack a worthy investment?
