Difficult to know for sure but I suspect it was Romantic Organ Music Vol.2 by Peter Hurford (Decca/London 421 296-2), now out of print but going for as little as $3.99 on Amazon Marketplace. I also seem to recall that Jean Guillou's organ transcription of Pictures at an Exhibition (Dorian DOR 90117) used to be a reviewer's fave but I have no idea if it extends down to 16Hz.

As an aside, the spectrum analyzer I used to set up my room only measured down to 20Hz but I was suprised to find that although my speakers were producing healthy (in fact, flat!) output down there my ears certainly weren't picking it up. A bit of research revealed that humans can 'feel' 16Hz, but only actually hear the second harmonic at 32Hz. I recommend this piece for further reading.

I am quite certain that you are looking for the Guillous. Track 2, "Gnomus" is oft cited in speaker reviews.

By the way, if you like "Pictures" you will find the transcription at least interesting.
