I'll beat everyone else to the punch as say, THE BEATLES, THE BEATLES, THE BEATLES. Each album should be from the British masters, in the British running order in Mono and Stereo (possibly remixed) Led Zeppelin-The Song Remains the Same too.

Scooter123 are you aware of the Steve Hoffman CCR hybrid SACD remasters? I haven't heard them myself.

These might be limited by the source material but I'd sure love to see some of the blues classics from the '60s remastered. Like these:

BB King-"Live at the Regal"
BB King-"Blues is King"
Magic Sam-"West Side Soul"

And not so classic but I love 'em to heck:

"The Siegel-Schwall Band"
"Say Siegel-Schwall"

Jethro Tull's Aqualung definitely needs a remix. According to Ian Anderson the monitors in the control room weren't giving the band the true story. Judging by the anemic sound of said title, I would guess that the monitors were a bit bass heavy.

My B.B. King-Live At The Regal was re mastered in 1997. I can't say that it's the best sounding disc in my collection but it's very listenable. There is a lot of bottom end missing but if yours was from a master older than 1997 you might want to check out this version.

Thanks for the update, I'll check it out. And hey, I'm old enough that my copy of "Live at the Regal" was purchased at King Karol Records on 42nd Street in NYC in 1964 or '65.

1. Shoot Out At The Fantasy Factory (Traffic). Some great music here, but the screaching highs will make your ears bleed - even on 1973 vinyl!!!!
