It would not be considered audiophile quality, but that does not mean you should not purchase it. Have you listened to it as a part of your system? That is the only test that matters, becuase it is your money. If you like the presentation you hear, then go for it. It might be good for forum members to know the rest of your system, especially your speaker system. If your speakers are on the bright side then a hard sounding amp may not be what to pair with the speakers. This may not be obvious on a short audition.

I don't think that it will sound "hard". I know it's a pro amp, but still it has pretty good specs. And of course I will first audition.
I am just wandering about other good pro amps that can be competition. I'm planning to buy JBL speakers (maybe MP212, MP215 or something like that).

The specifications will tell you nothing about how an amp will sound.
