For years, I used a slightly modified Creek 4240SE with Vandersteen 2CEs and got very satisfying sound from the pairing. I turned the Midrange setting down by .5 dB on the speakers, which improved the clarity/focus. I suspect one of the newer Special Edition Creek amps will provide many hours of enjoyment and well balanced sound.
